We have formed "The Gospel of Grace ministries" & give to a certain organization that drills wells for clean water, provides food & builds homes & orphanages. We hope to continue to provide food, water and shelter to the world by adding to our team of investors & employees.

I have acted as real estate lawyer for Richard for several years and through a number of transactions. He is an extremely savvy businessman and has a unique talent for scouting out properties for sale at distressed prices; financing them, acquiring and renovating them and turning them into lucrative income-producing properties which he then manages.

At the same time, he manages another business and still has time for his wife and children, including four foster children. He has the admirable ability to squeeze 30 hours of time out of a 24-hour day and all of it productively used.

He is a quick learner and has an excellent talent for purchasing and managing real estate investments, particularly in the residential field. When I started my Electrician Apprenticeship I found out that I had to go to school in Oshawa. Knowing it was too far to drive everyday, I had to find a place to stay. I thought this is going to be great; find a place in Oshawa for only two months.

My friend got in contact with Summers & Co. Properties & Management and got a basement apartment for the two months. Our apartment was great, very clean, good furniture, all cooking and dinner ware was supplied; just what we wanted.
